Cham Godakanda is a cutting-edge agent with over 7 years’ experience working in the Real Estate industry.

After his studies in Engineering at Griffith University and Curtin University , Cham found his passion in helping people and wanted to pursue a career where he could help people achieve their goals and dreams. He has always thrived to be the best in whatever he completes and has done so with his sports, studies and career.

Cham is customer driven and dedicated in exceeding his client’s expectations whilst delivering an authentic service to every possible person he meets. His motivation has always been elevating others to manifest and achieve their goals and dreams personally and professionally.

Staying up to date with the latest Real Estate technologies, marketing and strategies, Cham continues to be innovative in tailoring each client’s strategy to achieve their Real Estate goals.

In addition to continuing his success in the Real Estate industry, Cham worked as a Sales Director where he found a passion for training new people in beginning their careers in Real Estate to become as driven and committed as he is.

Branching out to start a new chapter in his life, he has now opened his own company that has given him a fresh set of eyes to begin creating a dream team of agents whose passion and motivations align with his own.
